Mona Hamilton is a Marketing Strategist with over two decades of experience leading
client partnerships, brand strategy, and integrated campaigns across entertainment,
gaming, mobile, tech, and consumer brands. She excels at aligning stakeholders,
guiding creative & media teams, and delivering digital programs that drive measurable
results.

Prior to joining Behind the Work, Mona led Hambone Productions, partnering with
Scopely, NCSoft, Nexon, and global agencies on performance marketing, ASO, brand
development, and GTM strategy. She previously led global marketing for Square Enix,
Capcom, and Midway Games, launching and revitalizing major franchises across
worldwide markets.

Back in her home state of Kentucky after years in California, Mona stays active in
community advocacy and theatre arts. She adores her two rescue cats, loves yoga and
cooking, and can often be found reading or planning her next creative project. Mona is a
graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado.
