Marcelo was born and raised in Nicaragua but has spent most of his life living and working abroad. He earned his MBA in Taiwan, where he lived for 10 years before transitioning back to Latin America. He has worked in the digital marketing space since 2014, building a strong background in performance marketing for businesses of all sizes, from small local shops to large multi-national ecommerce brands. As part of the team at Behind The Work, Marcelo brings a sharp focus on ROI and measurable growth to every account he touches. When off the clock, you’ll find him climbing medium-sized mountains, cooking up something new, or hunting down new favorite types of street food wherever he happens to be.
