TIMELINE
Week One-Three
Processing and Planning
The first few weeks are dedicated to understanding your current CRM landscape and how it will migrate or integrate with HubSpot. We will work alongside you and your team to audit your tech stack, develop a roadmap, set priorities, and begin the initial setup of tracking, branding, and integrating.
Week Three-Five
Migration
We lay the foundation for your success by migrating your data into HubSpot and building the appropriate architecture based on your needs. We’ll work with your internal stakeholders to customize views, pipelines, templates and more to surface the information that matters most.
Week Five-Seven
Build
Whether it’s a landing page, email template, form or something else, this phase is where everything is built. You’ll have expert-level assets ready to deploy allowing you to convert website visitors into leads in no time. Through the development of automations, you will also be able to scale your growth with ease.
Week Seven-Eight
Dashboards and Reporting

Training & Ongoing Alignment
With your HubSpot portal ready to shine, our team works with yours to understand and adopt your new growth platform. We train you on how everything is configured, share documentation we’ve built along the way, and curate relevant HubSpot resources for you to reference. Once onboarding is complete, our team is available at an hourly rate.

Seth is a native Pennsylvanian and graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Classical Cello Performance. As a Partner at the agency, Seth focuses on the growth and success of the agency as a whole while leading the Platform Operations department and Hubspot programs. By analyzing your existing strategy, technology, and goals he will help develop your strategy and tech stack to ensure your marketing campaigns are reliable, transparent, and perform as expected. Aside from his work as a marketer, Seth is also an accomplished multi-instrumentalist and composer.

Karen is a Web + Design Specialist at Behind the Work. She has spent the last three years creating custom modules, improving unique HubSpot themes, and is currently most passionate about her work at the front-end development stage of the content building process.
Karen has an Engineering Degree in Digital Graphic Design from CETYS University in Tijuana, Mexico. When she’s not deep into a task, you can assume she’s either playing Rocket League, taking a beauty nap, or taking a walk with her two chihuahuas, Frankie (James) & Capone (that’s right, two outlaw names for the irony of it).
