John brings more than 25 years of agency leadership experience to Behind The Work. As Managing Director, he leads team development and oversees client strategy to drive measurable growth and long-term value.

John believes leadership is the responsibility to care for those in one’s charge. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire and completed Project Management studies through MIT. Outside of work, he is a husband and father who enjoys music, travel, and caring for a revolving pack of special needs rescue dogs.
